“My Tutu” is a one man drama production that tells the story of a aspiring ballet dancer that struggles to deal with the struggles of yourself in society as a young gay boy. It shines a light on rejection, trying to fit in and conforming to what and who society says we should be. The story is told through powerful thoughts and dialogue and illustrates that not being accepted by society can led into mental illness and suicide to seek relief and get rid of the pain of constantly being judged for who you are.
